1. Data controller and scope
The data controller under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) is Storade Yazılım Araştırma ve Geliştirme Limited Şirketi.
This notice covers visits to coldsolve.com, one-to-one consultation requests, sales discussions and other communications concerning Coldsolve.
2. Personal data we process
Depending on the channel you use and the substance of your enquiry, we may process:
- Identity and contact details: name, work email, telephone number, city and country.
- Professional and company details: company name, optional website and role.
- Enquiry details: the business issue you wish to address and correspondence.
- Technical details: submission time and short-lived security signals needed to prevent misuse. Raw IP addresses and user-agent strings are not stored in the consultation record.
- Preference details: cookie and local-storage choices.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We process personal data only to the extent required for the relevant process and on the following grounds:
- Responding to consultation and contact requests, preparing the right participants and conducting commercial discussions: steps connected with establishing or performing a contract and legitimate interests.
- Protecting information security, preventing misuse and maintaining service continuity: legitimate interests of the data controller.
- Meeting statutory recordkeeping, retention and disclosure duties: compliance with legal obligations.
- Enabling optional analytics or marketing technologies: explicit consent. These tools are not activated when that choice has not been made.
4. How data is collected
Data is collected electronically through the consultation form, email correspondence, direct conversations and the secure operation of the website. Phone and company website are optional.
6. Retention and security
Consultation requests that do not become a commercial relationship are deleted automatically after 90 days. Converted records are retained for the relevant contract and statutory periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Form content is encrypted at the application layer and access is limited to authorised sales operators. Logging and system-security measures are applied against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.
7. Your rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may ask the data controller to:
- Confirm whether your personal data is processed and provide information about that processing.
- Explain the purpose of processing and whether the data is used consistently with that purpose.
- Identify third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred.
- Correct incomplete or inaccurate data and, where the legal conditions apply, delete or destroy it.
- Notify relevant recipients of a correction, deletion or destruction.
- Object to an adverse result produced solely through automated analysis and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
