1. Data controller and scope

The data controller under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) is Storade Yazılım Araştırma ve Geliştirme Limited Şirketi.

This notice covers visits to coldsolve.com, live-demo requests, sales discussions and other communications concerning Coldsolve.

2. Personal data we process

Depending on the channel you use and the substance of your enquiry, we may process:

  • Identity and contact details: name, work email, telephone number, city and country.
  • Professional and company details: company name, website, role, company profile and project volume.
  • Enquiry details: product capabilities you wish to evaluate, your current operational challenge and correspondence.
  • Technical details: page visited, submission time, referral/campaign parameters and limited device or connection records required for secure operation.
  • Preference details: cookie and local-storage choices.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

We process personal data only to the extent required for the relevant process and on the following grounds:

  • Responding to demo and contact requests, preparing the right product session and conducting commercial discussions: steps connected with establishing or performing a contract and legitimate interests.
  • Protecting information security, preventing misuse and maintaining service continuity: legitimate interests of the data controller.
  • Meeting statutory recordkeeping, retention and disclosure duties: compliance with legal obligations.
  • Enabling optional analytics or marketing technologies: explicit consent. These tools are not activated when that choice has not been made.

4. How data is collected

Data is collected electronically through the demo form, email correspondence, direct conversations and the secure operation of the website. Any form field not marked as required is optional.

5. Sharing and international transfers

Where necessary to respond to an enquiry and operate the infrastructure securely, personal data may be shared on a limited basis with hosting, communications and technical service providers under data-processing terms and appropriate safeguards.

Data is disclosed to authorised public bodies only where a legal obligation applies. If a service requires an international transfer, the conditions and safeguards under Article 9 of the KVKK are observed.

6. Retention and security

Data is retained for the period required by its processing purpose and any applicable statutory limitation or retention period, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Access controls, logging and system-security measures are applied against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.

7. Your rights under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may ask the data controller to:

  • Confirm whether your personal data is processed and provide information about that processing.
  • Explain the purpose of processing and whether the data is used consistently with that purpose.
  • Identify third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred.
  • Correct incomplete or inaccurate data and, where the legal conditions apply, delete or destroy it.
  • Notify relevant recipients of a correction, deletion or destruction.
  • Object to an adverse result produced solely through automated analysis and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
