1. Scope and acceptance
By using coldsolve.com, you agree to these terms. The website is operated by Storade Yazılım Araştırma ve Geliştirme Limited Şirketi. If you do not agree, do not use the site or its forms.
These terms concern only the corporate website and its demo or contact channels; they do not by themselves create a subscription or licence for the Coldsolve application.
2. Website content and commercial discussions
Product descriptions are general information. A particular price, delivery date, integration, performance commitment or service level becomes binding only when separately confirmed in a proposal or agreement by authorised parties.
Submitting a demo request creates no purchase obligation and does not mean Storade has accepted the request.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the site lawfully, honestly and without infringing the rights of others.
- Do not bypass security controls, generate disruptive traffic, transmit malicious code or attempt unauthorised access.
- Provide accurate information you are authorised to share and do not submit another person’s data without a lawful basis.
- Do not commercially reproduce content or use Coldsolve or Storade branding without permission.
4. Intellectual property
The Coldsolve name, logos, interface imagery, copy, technical drawings and website components belong to Storade or the relevant rights holders. Website access grants no licence or transfer of those rights.
You may access pages and share links for internal business evaluation. Other use requires written permission.
5. Changes and access
Product scope, page content and website availability may be updated without prior notice. Commitments in an active customer agreement are unaffected.
Access may be temporarily restricted for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
6. Liability and third-party links
The site is prepared with reasonable care, but general marketing content is not guaranteed to be sufficient on its own for a particular project or engineering decision. Use verified project data and qualified professional judgement.
Third-party sites are responsible for their own content and practices. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Governing law and contact
Subject to mandatory rules, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and disputes are resolved by the competent Turkish courts. Contact [email protected] with questions.
