1. Parties and scope

Seller: Storade Yazılım Araştırma ve Geliştirme Limited Şirketi (Şehitkamil Vergi Dairesi, tax no 7810889477, MERSIS 0781088947700001). Address: Başpınar (Organize) OSB Mah. O.S.B. 2. Bölge 83235 Nolu Cad. No: 8 İç Kapı No: 9, Şehitkamil / Gaziantep, Türkiye. Email: [email protected].

The buyer is a business purchasing the subscription for its commercial activity. Coldsolve does not sell to consumers (B2C); this is not a consumer contract.

2. Service

The service is a Coldsolve software subscription for one of the plans described on the Pricing page. Plan scope, included users and dealer counts are as shown on that page at the time of purchase.

3. Term and automatic renewal

The subscription is bought for a monthly or yearly term. At the end of the term it renews automatically for the same length unless you cancel.

The renewal fee is charged automatically to the card saved with your consent at the first payment. Card details are not held in our systems; they are stored by the payment provider.

4. Price, currency and tax

  • List prices are in euros (€) and exclude VAT.
  • For payment in Turkish lira, the amount is converted at the TCMB (Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye) selling rate at the time of charge.
  • VAT is calculated separately under applicable law and shown on the invoice.
  • Extra users and plan changes are priced at the price published at that time.

5. Invoice

An e-invoice or e-archive invoice is issued for every charge and sent to your registered email address.

6. Price changes

Published prices may change. A change does not affect the current term; the new price is notified to you before the next renewal.

7. Cancellation, refunds and disputes

Cancellation and refund terms are on the Cancellation Policy page. Subject to mandatory rules, this agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and disputes are resolved by the competent Turkish courts.
